New Directions Graduate Testimonies
"I decided to take a class at New Directions Career Center because my career had disappeared and I had fallen into a depression. Between a divorce with two small children and unemployment, I wasn't in a place that was anywhere I wanted to be. It was my hope and goal to get out of the doldrums and revive my career by taking this class. [The class] provided me peace, focus and energy I had lost. The support from staff was fantastic. However, going through it with other women was instrumental to its success."
~ Terri, ND Graduate 2011
"I learned so much! I now realize I have exactly what it takes to be successful and happy. I have control over my decisions and my choices… Before, I was negative and full of self-doubt. Now, I'm more optimistic, self-confident and full of hope!"
~ Patti, ND Graduate 2011
"I would want any woman considering this program to know that it is worth the time and effort. I would tell her to take a chance on this opportunity because it has the power to open windows into herself and doors into the world… trust the process, share with the class, and be open to the possibility that all she hopes to achieve in her life can happen simply by committing to it one day at a time."
~ Heather, ND Graduate 2011
