Become a community advocate through our L.E.A.D. (Leadership. Education. Advocacy. Development.) program. This 10-week program teaches women to cultivate their leadership potential and pursue a life of passion and purpose. In this program, discover how to:

  • Identify and define your leadership style
  • Develop your strategic planning and effective communication skills
  • Understand protocol integral to serving on nonprofit boards
  • Build cultural competencies that support advocacy and service

L.E.A.D. BOARD TRAINING FOR WOMEN SYMPOSIUM:

  • Symposium Dates: October 24 and October 31, 9am – 5pm
  • Participants are required to attend both dates for successful completion of the program.
  • This is an in-person event (both dates). Location TBD.
