Become a community advocate through our L.E.A.D. (Leadership. Education. Advocacy. Development: a symposium-style program teaching women to cultivate their leadership potential and pursue a life of passion and purpose. In this program, discover how to:

  • Identify and define your leadership style
  • Develop your strategic planning and effective communication skills
  • Understand the protocol integral to serving on nonprofit boards
  • Build cultural competencies that support advocacy and service
