At New Directions Career Center, we believe it’s never too late to pursue a career that fills you with passion and purpose. MatureWorks, our program centered around providing employment services, career development courses and career counseling for women 55+, allows those in their next chapter to feel confident and succeed as they reenter the workforce.

Here’s How MatureWorks Can Work For You!

  • Provide in-person career education and counseling, as well as employment support services designed to help 55+ jobseekers strengthen their skills and confidence.
  • World of Work Career Education Courses – Topics include SMART goals planning, employment skill building, personal branding (including online presence, resumes and LinkedIn), core work values and more.
  • Career Counseling, Coaching and Advising – Customized to your employment needs and goal setting plans. One-on-one sessions are by appointment, in-person or Zoom based on client preference.
  • Onsite Computer Lab – Available for client use during New Directions office hours.
  • A safe, inclusive and supportive learning community.
  • Our programs are facilitated by the New Directions team including licensed counselors and workforce professionals.
