The New Directions Career Center Women’s Leadership Circle (WLC) was created to advance the Center’s mission and programs and serves as a catalyst for empowering women to grow, thrive and achieve their highest potential. Through programs like E3, YES!, L.E.A.D. & Board Leadership Training, women gain the opportunity to envision a new path toward self-sufficiency and career success.
