The New Directions Career Center Women’s Leadership Circle (WLC) was created to advance the Center’s mission and programs and serves as a catalyst for empowering women to grow, thrive and achieve their highest potential. Through programs like E3, YES!, L.E.A.D. & Board Leadership Training, women gain the opportunity to envision a new path toward self-sufficiency and career success.

    As a Women’s Leadership Circle Legacy member, you’ll enjoy invitations to exclusive quarterly events, networking and mentoring opportunities, special community gatherings, and leadership committee involvement, Legacy recognition in our Annual Report and access to our annual Legacy member’s lunch.
