Become a community advocate through our L.E.A.D. (Leadership. Education. Advocacy. Development: a symposium-style, two-day program teaching women to cultivate their leadership potential and pursue a life of passion and purpose. In this program, discover how to:
- Identify and define your leadership style
- Develop your strategic planning and effective communication skills
- Understand the protocol integral to serving on nonprofit boards
- Build cultural competencies that support advocacy and service
L.E.A.D. BOARD TRAINING FOR WOMEN SYMPOSIUM:
- 2026 Symposium Dates: October 23 and 30, 9 am – 3 pm
- Participants are required to attend both dates to complete the program successfully.
