E3 Training Education Program

At New Directions Career Center, our E3 program is breaking down barriers to help women further their education and increase their financial independence. In this 9 -week program, participants are empowered to do the following:

  • Set educational plan and financial goals
  • Plan an educational track that leads to improved financial stability
  • Use available resources to finance college and/or training certification programs
  • Engage in self-care practices that sustain wellness and allow better focus on goals
